Job summary

Orkestra Communications is seeking a Telecom Sales Operations Specialist – Mobility in the Philippines to manage end-to-end mobility order processing. You will coordinate activations, device deliveries, billing validation, and ensure timely completion of orders across customers, sales teams, carriers, and partners.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in order management or sales operations, strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables), and good English communication.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in order management or sales operations.
• Experience in telecom, mobility solutions, or B2B sales is preferred.
• Proficient in Excel with VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables, and data validation.

Responsibilities

• Manage telecom sales orders from submission through completion, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
• Coordinate service activations, device deliveries, application enablement, and other order requirements.
• Serve as a key point of contact for customers, sales teams, carriers, and partners regarding order status and updates.
• Monitor orders and proactively address delays, issues, and escalations.
• Validate order and billing details to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain accurate order records and provide regular status updates and reports.
• Use Microsoft Excel to track orders, validate information, and analyze data.
• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Develop a strong understanding of telecom products, mobility solutions, and service offerings.
