This full-time role manages end-to-end hiring for blue-collar and site-based roles, from sourcing to offers, partnering with hiring managers to forecast workforce needs and mobilise project start-ups.

You will maintain recruitment records, ensure compliance, and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Formación

• Full-life cycle recruitment experience for blue-collar and site-based roles.
• Strong sourcing, screening and interview skills.
• Experience coordinating offers and mobilisation plans.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and online sourcing.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end hiring for blue-collar and site-based roles.
• Source candidates and screen resumes; conduct interviews.
• Coordinate offers and onboarding with hiring managers.
• Develop recruitment strategies and maintain talent pipelines.
• Support mobilisation plans for project start-ups and site deployments.
