Job summary

Our Clients in Cabuyao, Laguna is seeking a Technical Recruiter for a fully onsite role to attract, evaluate, and hire professionals across technical, engineering, manufacturing, and operations positions to support our operational needs.

Responsibilities include managing the full recruitment cycle, collaborating with hiring managers, building talent pipelines, screening candidates, and maintaining recruitment records and reports to monitor performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HRM, Business Admin, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–3 years in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience with technical/engineer/manufacturing roles is a plus.
• Manufacturing/industrial environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute recruitment campaigns from vacancy to offer.
• Source through portals, networks, referrals, and databases; build talent pipelines.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews; validate licenses and credentials.
• Maintain recruitment records, generate reports, and monitor KPIs.
