Qualifications

• QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills, with experience managing end-to-end hiring processes and strong experience of Mobilisation.
• Candidates should have strong database, possess Hiring and Interviewing skills, including evaluating candidate fit and coordinating selection decisions.
• Candidates should possess Technical Recruiting skills, preferably within engineering, mining, and construction environments.
• Experience recruiting blue-collar, site-based, and trades personnel in project-driven industries.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote setting, manage multiple requisitions, and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and online sourcing tools.
• Relevant experience in recruitment or HR; formal qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related field are an advantage.
