Black & White Engineering is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Manila office and support end-to-end recruitment for engineering, design, and corporate functions. The role emphasizes proactive sourcing, talent mapping, and building strong candidate pipelines for current and future needs.

You will collaborate with hiring managers, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage offers while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Responsabilités

• Execute end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessments, offer coordination, and onboarding support
• Source and attract qualified candidates to support hiring across engineering, design, and corporate functions
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand role requirements, hiring priorities, and candidate profiles
• Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews to assess qualifications, experience, motivation, and cultural fit
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, examinations, and hiring decisions with hiring managers
• Coordinate offers and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Conduct proactive sourcing, headhunting, and talent identification for engineering, leadership, and hard-to-fill positions
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies across LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, Indeed, engineering job boards, professional networks, referrals, social media, and OFW/overseas pools
• Conduct talent mapping and market research to identify qualified candidates and understand talent availability
• Develop and maintain targeted talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, particularly for niche and hard-to-fill roles
• Build and maintain relationships with active and passive candidates through regular engagement and follow-ups
• Provide market insights on talent availability, hiring trends, compensation benchmarks and share with hiring managers

We specialize in the full spectrum of engineering design consultancy for the data centre sector, including Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP), Civil & Structural, Design Management, Sustainability, BIM, Power Systems, and other infrastructure-related services.

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Manila office and support our growing recruitment needs across engineering, design, and corporate functions. The role will focus on end-to-end recruitment, proactive sourcing, talent mapping, and building strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & End-to-End Recruitment

• Execute end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interviews, assessments, offer coordination, and onboarding support
• Source and attract qualified candidates to support hiring needs across engineering, design, and corporate functions
• Work with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand role requirements, hiring priorities, and candidate profiles
• Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews to assess qualifications, experience, motivation, and cultural fit
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, examinations, and hiring decisions with hiring managers
• Coordinate offers and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

• Provide market insights on talent availability, hiring trends, competitor activity, candidate expectations, and compensation benchmarks
• Share relevant talent market insights with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to support recruitment activities

Job Advertising & Employer Branding

• Prepare and maintain job descriptions and post vacancies across relevant recruitment platforms
• Support employer branding activities and promote the company's career opportunities through relevant channels
• Represent the company at career fairs, university events, professional events, and industry activities
• Build relationships with universities, professional associations, engineering communities, and other talent networks

ATS, Reporting & Recruitment Analytics

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Prepare recruitment reports covering time-to-hire, source effectiveness, candidate conversion, and pipeline activity
• Monitor recruitment performance against agreed SLAs and Talent Acquisition KPIs

Compliance & Recruitment Documentation

• Support employment verification, background checks, and other pre-employment requirements in line with company policies and applicable regulations
• Ensure recruitment documents and hiring records are complete, accurate, and up to date

Recruitment Technology & Continuous Improvement

• Stay updated on recruitment tools, sourcing methods, and industry best practices
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, sourcing methods, and candidate experience
• Use recruitment technology, automation, and data to improve hiring efficiency

Other Duties

• Provide recruitment administrative support, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and tracking of initial requirements
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities that support the Talent Acquisition function
