Job summary

A staffing solutions firm is seeking a Process Specialist - MIS to work onsite in Taguig, Philippines. The role requires a bachelor's degree and 3 years of MIS/RTA experience in BPO/Shared Services, including skills in scheduling, capacity planning, and forecasting. • Bachelor's degree

• Must also be exposed to Scheduling, Capacity planning, Forecasting, and Reporting
