Job summary

333 FOODS INC. is seeking an MIS Assistant in Makati to provide vital technical and administrative support to the Management Information Systems department.

You will maintain hardware/software infrastructure, troubleshoot store-level IT issues, and help ensure data integrity for smooth daily operations across our outlets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 1–2 years IT support, helpdesk, or MIS assistant experience; retail/FMCG POS experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Windows and MS Office/Google Workspace administration.
• Basic networking (LAN/WAN, routers, switches) and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with database management and basic SQL is advantageous.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; able to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Technical Support: Provide first-level IT and system support to store outlets regarding hardware, software, and POS systems.
• System Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, network devices, and IT peripherals.
• Data & Report Management: Generate, organize, and extract daily/weekly operational reports from internal databases.
• Network & Security: Monitor local networks, maintain internet connectivity, and assist with backups and data security protocols.
• Asset Management: Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets, software licenses, and hardware.
• Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with external service providers and vendors for repairs or upgrades when necessary.

The MIS Assistant will provide vital technical and administrative support to our Management Information Systems department. You will be responsible for maintaining hardware and software infrastructure, troubleshooting network and system issues across our stores, and ensuring data integrity to help us maintain smooth day-to-day operations.

What you'll be doing:

• Technical Support: Provide first-level IT and system support to store outlets regarding hardware, software, and POS (Point of Sale) systems.
• System Maintenance: Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, printers, network devices, and other IT peripherals.
• Data & Report Management: Assist in generating, organizing, and extracting daily/weekly operational reports from the company’s internal database management systems.
• Network & Security: Monitor local networks, ensuring stable internet connectivity and assisting in routine system backups and data security protocols.
• Asset Management: Maintain an accurate inventory of all company IT assets, software licenses, and hardware equipment.
• Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with external service providers and vendors for hardware repairs or system upgrades when necessary.

What we're looking for:

• Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or MIS assistant roles. Experience in a retail, F&B, or FMCG industry handling POS systems is a major advantage.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in Windows, MS Office/Google Workspace administration.
  • Basic knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN, routers, switches) and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with database management and basic SQL is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills for handling user tech issues, and the ability to work under minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule and provide remote support for store-level technical emergencies.
