Job summary

Ayala Malls in Cebu City is seeking a Mall IT Associate to support the administration, maintenance, and reliability of the mall’s IT systems, POS applications, and IT equipment. You will help ensure accurate POS reporting and assist merchants and corporate users with technical issues.

This role works with Mall Operations and Ayala Malls Group IT, helps prepare IT budgets, and oversees hardware and connectivity to ensure efficient, compliant, and well‑maintained mall IT operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent.
• 1–4 years experience in IT/POS or related field preferred.
• Knowledgeable in POS and hardware troubleshooting is preferred.
• Good communication skills and ability to multitask.

The Mall IT Associate is responsible for supporting the administration, maintenance, and reliability of the mall’s IT systems, Point-of-Sale (POS) applications, and IT equipment. The role ensures the accuracy and completeness of POS reports, monitors compliance with sales monitoring requirements, provides technical and helpdesk support to merchants and corporate users, and oversees the proper functioning of IT equipment and connectivity. Working closely with Mall Operations, merchants, and Ayala Malls Group IT, the position also supports IT requirements, budget preparation, and the resolution of technical concerns to ensure efficient, reliable, and well-maintained mall IT operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Administer the compliance of Percentage-Paying Merchants sales monitoring requirements

• Administer all Point of Sales (POS) Applications and connections

• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of POS reports for submission to Ayala Malls Group Compliance Team and Mall Operations

• Support merchants\' POS related concerns, Supervision/Administration of POS IT Equipments

• Prepare budget for IT requirements

• Provide helpdesk support for corporate users

• Supervision/Administration of Mall Corporate IT Equipment\'s and coordination with Ayala Malls Group IT

Job Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent

• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent

• Knowledgeable in POS and hardware troubleshooting is preferred

• With good communication skill and able to multitask.
