Job summary

Ubiquity in Manila is seeking a MIS Analyst to deliver high-quality reporting and data-driven insights. You will develop and distribute contact center reporting, maintain dashboards, and ensure data integrity across platforms to support business decisions.

You will collaborate with workforce, site and sales leaders, automate reports with macros, perform UAT, and help transform data into actionable KPI insights while communicating clearly with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience with data analysis and preparation for large datasets.
• Experience extracting data from CMS and reporting platforms.
• Strong data analytics and reporting creation skills.
• Experience in automating manual reports to reduce cycle time and defects.
• Proficient in Excel, SQL and understanding call center statistics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and distribute ContactCenter reporting.
• Modify, revise, and update scorecards, dashboards, and productivity reports.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy of reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with Workforce, Site, and Sales leaders to modify or create reports.
• Analyze data to support performance metrics and insights.
• Lead end-to-end dashboard lifecycle management and maintenance.
