Job summary

Ubiquity is seeking an MIS Analyst in Manila to transform data into actionable insights. You will develop and maintain dashboards and reports, ensure data integrity, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver KPI-driven insights across the business.

The role focuses on automating reporting processes, building scalable data visualizations, and supporting management with timely, data-driven decisions. Day to day, you’ll translate complex data into clear narratives.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in data analysis and handling large data sets.
• Experience in extracting data from CMS and other reporting platforms.
• Strong data analytics and ability to create reports.
• Experience in automating manual reports to reduce cycle time and defects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and distribute ContactCenter reporting.
• Modify and update scorecards, dashboards, and productivity reports.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy of reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with Workforce and senior/site leaders to adjust reporting.
• Analyze data to provide business insights and performance metrics.
• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of dashboards and reports.
• Lead UAT, troubleshooting, and resolution for reporting tools.
• Design and implement macros to automate reports.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and distribute ContactCenter reporting.
• Modify, revise, and updatescorecards, dashboards, Aux/productivity, and other operational needed reports.
• Responsible for data integrity,accuracy of all reporting requirements.
• Works with Workforce leaders,Senior Site managers and Sales leaders to create new or modify existingreporting.
• Analyses data to ensure integrityand structures data to help support or provide business recommendations i.e.Performance Metrics
• Responsible for collecting andanalysing large amounts of data to enable visualization, insights, anddata-driven decision-making insights.
• End to End lifecycle managementand maintenance of Dashboards and reports
• Communicate effectively during thedevelopment phase for tool / report implementation.
• Conduct and lead UAT,Troubleshooting and Resolution for database and reporting tool implementation
• Maintaining and updating trackersfor ongoing programs & projects
• Assisting in automating reports bydesigning macros
• Implementation and management ofcross-functional performance indicators (KPI- s) to deliver related insights,seeking to drive significant impact and value enabled through data-drivendecisions across the business.
• Improve the data availability bybeing the liaison between cross functional teams.
• Partner with the application /delivery team on developing reports/ dashboards to feed into daily, weekly,monthly, quarterly, and annual KPI and other dashboards.
• Leverage data and informationstructure to ensure - single source of information.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1-3 years of experience with dataanalysis and preparation, including experience with large data sets
• Experience in extracting data fromCMS and other reporting platform
• Strong data analytics and creationof reports
• Experience in automatingtask/reports that are manual to reduce cycle time and defects.
• Proficient user of Excel, SQL andunderstanding call center statistics a must.
• Knowledge in VBA, macros, linkeddata, pivot chart tools, design tools, Google sheets
• Experience in developingdashboards and understandable reports and useful visualization.
• Strong business and collaborationskills and responsiveness to service needs and operational demands.
• Utilization of data discoverytools such as Microsoft Power BI (preferred), Qlik, Tableau etc.
• Advanced Excel covering Powerpivots and Macros.
• SQL Query for troubleshootingdata.
• Ability to tell a story with dataand drive data literacy.
• Ability to build goodrelationships and work cross-functionally.
• High-functioning communicationsskills (both verbal and written); ability to interface with senior leadership.
• Creative/Innovative thinking
• Flexible schedule and excellentattendance record
• Should be amenable to work ondifferent schedules (i.e. Day Shift, Mid Shift, Night Shift)
