Job summary

Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates using Jobstreet, Indeed, PhilJobNet, Facebook, LinkedIn.
• Conducting the initial and final interviews of applicants.
• Creating Job Offers under supervision.
• Coordinating with accredited medical clinics.
• Conducting onboarding processes, including orientation and office tours.
• Attending Job Fairs and coordinating with PESO accreditations.
• Validating and ensuring the completeness of approved PRFs.
