Unicharm Philippines Corp. is seeking a Distributor Manager to lead distributor relationships, develop territory sales plans, and drive sales growth across assigned channels.

The role emphasizes execution excellence, inventory oversight, and cross-functional collaboration with Trade Marketing and Marketing teams. You will monitor performance, analyze market trends, and travel across the territory to ensure optimal distribution and visibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in Distributor Management, Account Management, or FMCG/Consumer Goods.
• Experience managing distributors and working with distributor sales teams.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze sales and market data and translate insights into action.

Responsibilities

• Manage strong business relationships with assigned distributors and serve as the key contact for day-to-day business matters.
• Monitor distributor performance and conduct regular business reviews to address gaps and identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and execute distributor and territory sales plans aligned with Unicharm Philippines' business objectives.
• Drive achievement of sales targets by monitoring sell-in, sell-out, sales trends, and territory performance.
• Drive product distribution, availability, and visibility across assigned channels and outlets.
• Conduct regular market visits to monitor execution, merchandising, pricing, competition, and customer needs.
• Partner with Trade Marketing, Marketing, and other relevant teams to plan and execute trade programs, promotions, merchandising, and commercial initiatives.
• Work with distributor management and sales teams to improve sales productivity, field execution, and market coverage.
• Monitor distributor inventory, stock movement, sell-in, and sell-out to maintain healthy inventory levels.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, promotions, distribution, and consumer developments within the assigned territory.
