Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with licensure preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in milling and boiler operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of milling and boiler processes, including steam generation and equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily milling and boiler operations to ensure efficiency and performance.
• Lead and develop a team of mill and boiler operators, technicians, and supervisors.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
• Ensure safety and environmental compliance and conduct safety training.
• Manage department budget and resource allocation for cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with maintenance, planning, and engineering teams to resolve issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize steam usage and energy efficiency.
