Job summary

Bossjob is seeking an Energy Foreman for a growing manufacturing and packaging operation. You will oversee boiler operations, supervise manpower, and coordinate maintenance to ensure safe, reliable plant performance.

The ideal candidate is a Licensed Engineer with 2–3 years in boiler operations, strong leadership and reporting skills, and a hands-on ability to analyze operational data and drive corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Licensed Engineer with mechanical emphasis preferred.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience, at least 2 years in boiler operations.
• Strong knowledge of boiler systems (Coal-Fired / Chain Grate boilers).
• Ability to analyze operational data and prepare reports.
• Leadership, communication, and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise boiler operations and ensure safe and efficient performance.
• Oversee manpower scheduling and daily work assignments.
• Assist in planning and coordinating daily maintenance activities.
• Monitor boiler performance and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Support troubleshooting and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare operational and performance reports.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Production teams for smooth plant operations.
