Bossjob is seeking an Energy Foreman for a growing manufacturing and packaging operation. You will oversee boiler operations, supervise manpower, and coordinate maintenance to ensure safe, reliable plant performance.

The ideal candidate is a Licensed Engineer with 2–3 years in boiler operations, strong leadership and reporting skills, and a hands-on ability to analyze operational data and drive corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Licensed Engineer with mechanical emphasis preferred.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience, at least 2 years in boiler operations.
• Strong knowledge of boiler systems (Coal-Fired / Chain Grate boilers).
• Ability to analyze operational data and prepare reports.
• Leadership, communication, and coordination skills.

Our client, a growing company in the manufacturing and packaging industry, is looking for an experienced Energy Foreman to oversee boiler operations and support safe, efficient, and reliable plant operations.

This role is ideal for a Licensed Engineer with hands‑on experience in boiler operations, utilities, maintenance coordination, and manpower supervision. You will play a key role in monitoring boiler performance, coordinating daily operations and maintenance activities, supervising manpower, troubleshooting operational concerns, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Duties And Responsibilities
