The Mill and Boiler Manager oversees the entire milling and boiler operations, ensuring operational efficiency, equipment reliability, and compliance with safety and environmental standards. This role involves coordinating production activities, optimizing processes, managing resources, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to achieve performance targets.

What are the Roles and Responsibilities?

1. Operational Oversight:

• Manage and oversee daily milling and boiler operations to ensure optimal efficiency and performance.

• Ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality, safety, and environmental standards.

• Conduct daily operational meetings with supervisors and key personnel to align goals and address challenges.

• Collaborate with maintenance, quality assurance, and other production teams to optimize operational schedules.

2. Team Leadership and Development:

• Supervise and develop a team of mill and boiler operators, technicians, and supervisors.

• Provide training, coaching, and performance evaluations to build team capabilities.

• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

3. Process Optimization:

• Drive process enhancement initiatives to improve mill extraction efficiency and steam utilization.
