Job summary

Universal Robina Corporation in Calamba Plant is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee electrical and mechanical maintenance, ensure adherence to safety, quality, and HR systems, and align with production plans.

The role requires engineering degree, 2+ years manufacturing, 1 year supervisory, and familiarity with EHS, HACCP, QMS, HALAL, and FSSC; SAP S/4 Hana and MS Office proficiency; strong leadership and record-keeping.

Qualifications

• Graduate in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics).
• Licensing/certification is an advantage.
• Experience: manufacturing, supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with EHS, GMP, QMS, HACCP, HALAL, FSSC is a plus.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance team for preventive/corrective activities.
• Coordinate maintenance plans with production and other departments.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and process standards.
• Conduct daily line inspections and manage maintenance reports.
• Drive continuous improvement and manage cost of maintenance.
