Job summary

Freshworks is seeking an Account Manager - Mid Market to nurture and grow relationships with our valued customers. You will drive upsell, cross-sell, and renewals, while delivering measurable business outcomes and building long-term partnerships.

You will lead end-to-end sales cycles, articulate value to senior executives, and collaborate across teams to expand customer success. Travel as needed to connect in person and strengthen strategic relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SaaS or solution-based sales or account management.
• Strategic mindset with curiosity, collaboration and adaptability.
• Consultative approach with enterprise customers and senior leaders.
• Strong communication skills and relationship-building to connect product to business needs.
• Exposure to CRM, CX or ITSM solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage, discover & drive results: grow key accounts through upsell, cross-sell, and renewals while exceeding revenue goals.
• Articulate value: build trust with executives by addressing challenges and showcasing measurable business impact.
• Execute the sales process: lead complex end-to-end sales cycles and secure strategic wins.
• Learn & collaborate: work with cross-functional teams to uncover opportunities and improve retention.
• Hunt & prospect: develop a strong pipeline with accurate forecasting; travel as required to meet clients.
