Job summary

Freshworks is seeking a Global Head of Partner Strategy & Operations to partner with the SVP of Channels & Alliances and translate business priorities into actionable plans. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or consulting background preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in Strategy, Business Operations, Revenue Operations, or related fields in high-growth SaaS/enterprise tech.
• Experience partnering with VP/SVP-level executives to define strategy and execute priorities.
• Proven ability to lead large cross-functional initiatives from strategy to execution.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning & Executive Partnership with senior leadership.
• Drive annual operating plans and strategic initiatives aligned to company priorities.
• Prepare executive reviews and strategic recommendations for leadership.
• Lead cross-functional programs spanning Sales, Finance, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Legal, and RevOps.
• Develop dashboards and metrics to inform partner performance and growth.
• Improve programs, governance, and reporting to scale global partner operations.
