Freshworks is seeking an experienced Deal Desk Strategy Manager to play a critical role in shaping and accelerating some of our largest and most strategic deals.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Deal Desk, this senior individual contributor will partner directly with Account Executives and regional sales leaders to develop deal strategy early, navigate complex commercial decisions, and drive transactions from initial opportunity through close.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar deal-support function.
• Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor to AEs and RVPs—shape deal strategy proactively.
• Strong contract structuring, pricing, and revenue recognition knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Run point on Deal Desk activities for the largest and most strategic transactions in region.
• Initiate deal strategy conversations with sellers before paperwork or approvals are required.
• Document the sequence of events to close each deal and drive cadence to hit it.
• Own deal strategy end-to-end, including order form updates and legal terms.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Sales Ops and cross-functional teams on pricing and discounts.
• Provide ongoing deal enablement and mentorship within the team.
