Job summary

Freshworks is seeking a Senior Solution Architect in Professional Services to drive architecture engagements and executive advisory across the Americas. You will translate customer objectives into scalable designs and guide organizations through adoption and transformation.

You will mentor consultants, manage risk, and partner across Sales, CS, Support, and Product/Engineering. You will lead complex engagements from discovery through implementation, ensuring technically feasible, high-impact

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Professional Services, technology consulting, solution architecture, or enterprise SaaS delivery.
• Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) and/or Enterprise Service Management (ESM), with ITOM/ITAM/ITIL experience.
• Experience leading complex enterprise customer engagements from discovery to adoption.
• Leadership experience mentoring consultants and architects or developing consulting practices.
• Ability to advise C-suite executives on complex technology and transformation initiatives.
• Experience guiding organizational change, technology adoption, and stakeholder alignment.
• Strong solution architecture skills across SaaS, cloud, enterprise integrations, APIs, workflows, and automation.
• Clear communication of complex technical decisions to executives and technical audiences.
• ITIL certification or demonstrated ITIL/service-management expertise preferred.
• Willingness to travel 25% for customer and internal meetings.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to CIOs/CTOs and senior stakeholders, linking tech decisions to business outcomes.
• Lead discovery and architecture engagements translating objectives into scalable designs.
• Guide customers through organizational change including adoption and governance.
• Provide technical and consulting leadership throughout implementation and risk management.
• Collaborate with Sales and Solution Engineering to scope opportunities and ensure feasibility.
• Create architecture diagrams, flows, integration designs, and documentation for implementation teams.
• Identify opportunities to optimize deployed solutions as needs evolve.
• Advise on AI, automation, governance, data, and security considerations for deployment.
• Mentor architects/consultants and help establish FPS best practices across the Americas.
• Serve as escalation point across teams for complex engagements.
