Job summary
Creathink Solutions.Inc is seeking an experienced IT Engineer with 3+ years hands-on infrastructure and IT support. The role focuses on Microsoft 365 administration, troubleshooting, networking, and IT automation to improve internal systems.
You will provide end-user support, manage 365 services, strengthen endpoint security, and contribute to automation efforts while documenting configurations and processes.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in IT Engineering, Systems Administration or similar role.
- Hands-on Microsoft 365 administration experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Networking concepts understanding.
- Scripting for IT administration (PowerShell).
- Endpoint management, security, backups, patching.
Responsibilities
- Provide IT helpdesk support resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
- Administer the Microsoft 365 environment including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune, Power Automate, and Purview.
- Manage endpoint security, device management, backups, patching, and antivirus solutions.
- Troubleshoot connectivity and infrastructure issues.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts with PowerShell.
- Assist in designing and improving internal IT systems and processes.
- Support IT projects and adopt new technologies as needed.
- Document IT processes, configurations and support activities.
