Job summary
CC3 Solutions, LLC seeks a Senior IT & Microsoft 365 Systems Administrator to own our internal IT environment, designing, administering, and securing the M365 ecosystem while ensuring smooth operations. You will manage onboarding, access, and security for ~100 employees and act as the primary IT resource for technical troubleshooting.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Microsoft 365, security best practices, and strong IT administration capabilities to support business systems and user
Qualifications
- 4+ years IT experience with 2+ years as primary M365 administrator
- Hands-on with Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure AD/Entra ID, Defender, Windows management
- Experience building SharePoint Online & Teams structures
- Security basics: MFA, Conditional Access, device compliance
Responsibilities
- Own Microsoft 365 environment including Azure AD/Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, Defender
- Design and enforce identity, access, and configuration standards
- Apply updates and patches to ensure business continuity
- Manage onboarding/offboarding and RBAC for employees
- Monitor security, assist with audits, risk assessments, and incident response
- Provide first-line IT support for Microsoft 365 and related systems
