Job summary
Cayuse Philippine Delivery Center is seeking a Microsoft 365 Engineer to operate, secure, and advance the M365 platform across SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, CoPilot, and Entra ID. You will design reliable collaboration services, automate provisioning and maintenance with PowerShell, Graph, and Power Platform, and implement security controls in line with current standards.
The role requires 5+ years in large enterprise environments and a collaborative approach to support
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related discipline
- 5+ years administering and engineering Microsoft 365 in large enterprise environments
- Extensive Exchange Online expertise including mail flow, transport rules, connectors, and security
- Hands-on experience with on-premises Exchange Server and hybrid deployments
- 3+ years scripting with PowerShell for M365 administration (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Graph)
- Experience with Microsoft Teams administration, governance, and policies
- Working knowledge of Entra ID (Azure AD) including conditional access
- Familiarity with Purview security and compliance tooling—DLP, retention, and sensitivity labels
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with problem-solving and documentation
Responsibilities
- Engineer, administer, and optimize the M365 platform across core workloads
- Lead messaging migrations and hybrid configurations between on-premises Exchange and Exchange Online
- Develop automation using PowerShell, Graph, and Power Platform to standardize provisioning and lifecycle management
- Implement and maintain security and compliance controls—DLP, retention, labeling, and conditional access
- Assess production readiness of new M365 features and define operational characteristics
- Establish best practices and tooling for consistent configuration, monitoring, and adoption
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure M365 solutions meet growth and transformation needs
