Qualifications

• 6+ years in Help Desk/Client Services within an enterprise environment.
• 6+ years supporting Microsoft technologies: Exchange Online, AD, SharePoint Online, 365.
• 4+ years with endpoint/MDM platforms: Intune, Autopilot, JAMF.
• Experience with Jira administration (workflows, automation, dashboards, integrations).
• Exposure to AI-driven tools, automation, and modern workplace technologies.
• Microsoft certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform Systems Administration across the enterprise IT environment, focusing on performance and reliability.
• Manage and support endpoint platforms: Intune, Autopilot, JAMF; handle patching and lifecycle.
• Support identity and access architecture: Workday, Active Directory, Entra ID; maintain JML processes.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams; governance and site lifecycle.
• Serve as Jira Administrator: workflows, permissions, dashboards, and integrations.
• Partner with IT Desktop Support to assess and remediate operational risk across endpoints and apps.
• Act as escalation point for Global Help Desk with advanced troubleshooting.
• Monitor, audit, and report on performance; identify incidents and propose improvements.
• Implement AI-driven tools and automation; support patch management and deployments.
• Communicate clearly with users, leadership, and stakeholders; document changes per process.
