The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience in Help Desk services and strong skills in Microsoft technologies including AD, Exchange, and SharePoint. This role requires a detail-oriented engineer capable of handling complex technical issues effectively.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Help Desk/Client Services experience in an enterprise environment.
• 6+ years supporting Microsoft technologies including Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
• 4+ years experience with endpoint platforms like Intune and JAMF.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support endpoint platforms including Microsoft Intune and JAMF.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online and SharePoint.
• Act as Jira Administrator, managing workflows and automation.
