Qualifications

• Experience in microfinance or lending.
• Strong client relationship skills and sales orientation.
• Ability to supervise and develop Field Credit Associates (FCAs).
• Knowledge of loan processing, KYC, and portfolio management.

Responsibilities

• Achieve loan booking targets and drive portfolio growth.
• Process and evaluate loan applications in line with bank policies.
• Validate documents, perform KYC, and conduct field verifications.
• Monitor PAR targets and coordinate collections strategies.
• Supervise FCAs and review their collections and client servicing performance.
• Prepare microfinance and portfolio reports and maintain records.
