Job summary

BDO Network Bank in Cavite seeks a proactive loan officer to drive microfinance loan production while maintaining profitability and solid credit quality. You will provide excellent customer service, analyze applicants, and coordinate processing with relevant units.

Applicants should have a 4-year degree, strong selling and communication skills, basic math ability, and integrity. Familiarity with Word/Excel is a plus; fieldwork in microfinance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4 year degree course.
• Good selling, communication and customer service skills.
• Basic mathematical knowledge.
• High integrity.
• Familiar with computer software including word processing & spreadsheets.
• Fieldwork and sales experience in Microfinance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Actively solicit microfinance loan accounts to meet customer needs.
• Analyze loan applicants to determine feasibility of granting loans.
• Initiates credit and collection activities to ensure credit quality.
• Coordinates with officers/units for processing and servicing loan applications.
• Adhere to bank policies and procedures.
• Execute sales/marketing activities to achieve volume targets.
• Attend to inquiries and requirements of clients.
• Review/update customer loan files and loan agreements for processing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
