Qualifications

• Completion of any Bachelor's degree.
• Sales and fieldwork experience on loans is an advantage.
• Good selling and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Solicit microfinance loan accounts to meet customer needs.
• Analyze loan applicant qualifications to determine feasibility of granting loans.
• Initiates credit and collection activities to ensure credit quality of accounts.
• Coordinates with other bank officers or units related to the processing and servicing of loan applications and loan clients.
• Perform other functions that may be assigned to him/her.
• Ensure compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
