Job summary

BDO Network Bank in the Philippines seeks an Account Officer for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises to drive loan volume while maintaining profitability, sound credit quality, and excellent customer service.

You will actively solicit MSME loan accounts through field visits, analyze applicants, initiate credit and collection actions, coordinate with processing units, and support sales efforts to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong selling, communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to do field work on almost daily basis.
• Basic mathematical knowledge.
• Familiar with MS Word/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Actively solicit MSME loan accounts by field visits.
• Analyze loan applicants to determine credit feasibility.
• Initiate credit and collection activities for quality control.
• Coordinate with processing units for loan applications and clients.
• Review/update loan files to ensure credit processing is complete.
• Execute sales and marketing activities to hit volume targets.
