Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Previous experience in sales in Heavy Equipment is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Willing to do field work and client visits.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• With valid driver's license is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and identify prospective clients for equipment sales and rental opportunities.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales goals and objectives.
• Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with prospective and existing clients.
• Assist in determining pricing for quotations, promotions, and negotiations.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales and activity reports.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Coordinate closely with the Operations group regarding customer requirements, deliveries, and service schedules.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of the Company's products, services, and industry applications.
• Monitor customer accounts, assist in follow-ups, and coordinate collection of payments when necessary.
• Prepare and submit sales-related documents, quotations, and order requirements.
• Visit new and existing clients to evaluate operational needs and promote products and services.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales files.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, delivery schedules, credit terms, and equipment availability.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers to support repeat business and customer satisfaction.
