Zwm Philippines, Inc. is seeking an experienced Sales professional to drive revenue in heavy equipment and MHE markets in the Philippines.

You will lead client acquisition, conduct on-site demonstrations, and develop tailored solutions for diverse industries. The role emphasizes building long-term relationships, managing tenders, and coordinating with technical teams to ensure installation and after-sales support.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in heavy equipment or MHE sales.
• Minimum 2 years of heavy equipment sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Deep knowledge of heavy equipment machinery in construction, mining, or excavation.
• Engineering discipline acceptable for degree.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and grow the client base.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, dealers, and contractors.
• Conduct on-site demonstrations and present technical specifications of heavy machinery.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and sales agreements, including tenders and long-term accounts.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and economic indicators to position products competitively.
• Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline data, and CRM activity; provide regular updates to management.
• Coordinate with technical teams for installation, after-sales service, and resolving customer issues.
