Job summary

Qualifications

SHS graduate with 6 months to 1 year BPO experience.
Experience in chat support, outbound calling, merchant/sales/account management or customer engagement preferred.
Experience using CRM systems and handling multiple communication channels is an advantage.
Amenable to a shifting schedule.
On-site work in McKinley, Taguig City (beside Venice Grand Canal Mall).

Responsibilities

Handle merchant inquiries through chat and outbound calls/messages.
Assist merchants with account activation, onboarding, engagement, and issue resolution.
Follow company policies, quality standards, and SLAs during interactions.
Meet productivity, quality, response time, and performance targets.
Record and update merchant interactions accurately in the CRM or internal system.
