Responsibilities

• Answer clients queries professionally to understand about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services.
• Make sales or recommendations for products or services that may better suit customer needs.
• Examine clients issues, analyze information gathered using appropriate method to draw possible solutions.
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Able to juggle different work activities, shifting attention from one task to another and meet the performance target.
• Engage in active listening and respond efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.
