is seeking a Merchant Sales Specialist in Taguig to drive growth by onboarding merchants and delivering FlashPay payment solutions for collections and payouts. You will research target markets, reach out to prospective merchants, and coordinate with Compliance, Legal, Finance, Operations, and Product teams to ensure smooth onboarding, pricing alignment, and strong commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Management.
At least 1 year of experience in sales or merchant acquisition.
Active merchant network of payment solutions is a plus.
Strong LinkedIn profile and professional presence is an advantage.
Experience collaborating with Compliance, Legal, and Finance during onboarding.

Responsibilities

Identify prospective merchants and present FlashPay solutions to address their pain points.
Research target markets, industry trends, and pricing strategies.
Coordinate with Compliance for KYC documentation and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with Legal to review contracts and terms for alignment.
Coordinate pricing approvals, settlements, and merchant billing with Finance.
Prepare and manage sales proposals and onboarding documents.
Negotiate pricing and commercial arrangements with merchants.
Monitor onboarding progress and initial transaction results.
Generate regular sales and onboarding reports for management.
Lead proactive lead generation and outbound pipeline management.
