Job summary

Maya, Philippines, is seeking a Training Program Developer to equip the sales force with knowledge on merchant acquiring, payment ecosystems, and B2B sales strategies. You will build programs, materials, and sessions to enable revenue growth and merchant partnerships.

You will collaborate with HR and L&D to ensure onboarding and continuous development for the sales team, while staying current with product launches and market demands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years in merchant acquiring sales or sales training within fintech/payments/financial services.
• Proven track record designing and delivering sales training programs.
• Strong understanding of payment ecosystems, POS systems, and onboarding processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop targeted training programs focused on merchant acquiring sales and payment solutions.
• Create engaging training materials: presentations, case studies, role-plays, and e-learning modules.
• Conduct hands-on training sessions, workshops, and boot camps for sales teams.
• Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to sales reps on merchant needs and solutions.
• Collaborate with product and marketing to align content with launches and updates.
• Monitor training effectiveness using sales performance metrics and feedback.
• Train teams on consultative selling and onboarding processes for merchants.
