Job summary

Maya is seeking a seasoned Training & Enablement professional in the Philippines to build and deliver effective merchant acquiring and payment solutions training. This role partners with sales leadership to drive revenue growth and merchant partnerships.

The ideal candidate will design engaging materials, run workshops, and coach sales reps on consultative selling, pricing, onboarding, and risk management within the fintech/payments space. This position is on-site in Metro Manila.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field.
5+ years in merchant acquiring sales or sales training within fintech/payments.
Proven track record of designing and delivering sales training programs.

Responsibilities

Design and develop targeted training programs focused on merchant acquiring sales and payment solutions.
Conduct hands-on training sessions, workshops, and boot camps to enhance the sales team’s skills.
Provide ongoing coaching on merchant needs, objections, and solutions.
Serve as the go-to expert on merchant acquiring processes, payment tech, and industry trends.
Monitor program effectiveness using sales metrics, feedback, and outcomes.
Collaborate with product/marketing to align content with launches and market demands.
