Job summary

You will partner with Product Management, Marketing, HR, and Operations to ensure accurate content, manage LMS, conduct needs analyses, and track training impact through metrics and feedback.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Sales Training or Learning & Development.
• Experience designing and facilitating sales, product, and process training.
• Experience with banking/financial services or customer-facing industries preferred.
• Certified training or instructional design credentials are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver sales competency programs for sales personnel.
• Conduct training on sales techniques, negotiation, prospecting, and CRM.
• Facilitate onboarding programs for new hires in sales.
• Assess skill gaps and recommend development interventions.
• Manage LMS and evaluate training effectiveness with metrics.
