Bounty Fresh Food, Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking an Agency Partner & Third-Party Manpower Manager to oversee accreditation, contract negotiation, billing audits, and performance management for all third-party merchandising agencies and manpower providers.

You will drive on-shelf availability, inventory controls, and compliance with KPIs and SLAs across key accounts, while enforcing penalties for non-compliance and ensuring cost-efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Directs the accreditation, contract negotiation, billing audits, and performance management for all third-party merchandising agencies and manpower providers.
• Enforces headcount fulfillment metrics to ensure agency partners supply 100% of required merchandisers and promoters nationwide.
• Audits agency fees and monthly billings to ensure operational cost efficiency.
• Establishes training standards to ensure every agency-deployed merchandiser is skilled in upselling, stock management, FEFO/FIFO rotation, and display optimization.
• Drives on-shelf availability standards across key accounts, preventing out-of-stock through proactive inventory monitoring and replenishment triggers.
• Implements inventory control and audit procedures to minimize store leakage, product damage, theft, and variance.
• Oversees expiration and freshness management (FEFO/FIFO) to mitigate stock write-offs.
• Audits agency operations against KPIs and SLAs, and applies liquidated damages and billing deductions for non-compliance or poor performance.
• Reports agency scorecard metrics and cost-per-door productivity.
