Job summary

Bounty Fresh Food, Inc. is seeking a Sales Admin/Data Analyst to provide operational and administrative support to the Sales Team in Taguig. You will ensure accurate sales data, efficient order processing, and timely monitoring of customer requirements and activities.

Responsibilities include consolidating orders, maintaining records, generating reports, and coordinating with internal teams to fulfill orders while tracking inventory and ensuring timely submissions of sales documents.

Qualifications

• College graduate with relevant coursework.
• Proficiency in data analysis and Excel.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and consolidate sales orders, POs, deliveries, and customer requirements.
• Encode, maintain, and update sales data, customer information, and account records.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, trackers, and performance summaries.
• Analyze and crunch sales data to identify trends, gaps, discrepancies, and opportunities.
• Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Finance, Production, and other internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Monitor order status from PO receipt through production, delivery, and invoicing.
• Track pending orders, unserved accounts, backorders, and other customer requirements.
• Assist in monitoring inventory and allocation against customer demand and forecast.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of required sales documents and reports.
• Support the Sales Team in pricing updates, customer requirements, and other commercial activities.
• Maintain organized and updated records of account history, commitments, and pending concerns.
• Support proper account turnover and documentation during changes in account ownership.
• Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with concerned teams for resolution.
• Provide timely updates and reports to Sales Management to support decision-making.
