Job summary

CONQUEST PHILS. INC. in the Philippines seeks a Procurement Specialist to manage sourcing, purchasing, and coordination with suppliers and production teams. You will ensure timely deliveries and optimize costs while maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities include issuing POs, negotiating quotations, tracking inventories, and resolving delays. You should have at least 1 year of hands-on experience in apparel sourcing or garment production and be ready to start immediately.

Qualifications

BS Industrial Engineering or related field.
At least 1 year hands-on experience in apparel sourcing or garment production.
Deep understanding of fiber types, fabric constructions, dyeing, printing, and garment washing.
Strong knowledge of local and international vendor networks for raw materials, pricing negotiations, and PO issuance.
Advanced MS Excel or Google Sheets skills for tracking inventory and costs.
Ability to make quick decisions to handle fabric delays, shipment bottlenecks, or quality issues.
Willing to start immediately.

Address quality concerns and other purchasing-related issues promptly.
Monitor and calculate material costs to support purchasing and production requirements.

Job Qualifications

BS Industrial Engineering Graduate, or any related course.
With at least 1 year of hands-on experience in apparel sourcing, garment production, or export-import houses handling knits or wovens.
With deep understanding of fiber types, yarn counts, fabric constructions (knitted/woven), dyeing, printing, and garment washing.
Strong knowledge of local and international vendor networks for raw materials, pricing negotiations, and issuing Purchase Orders (POs).
Advanced command of MS Excel or Google Sheets for tracking inventory, tracking orders, and cost calculations.
Quick decision-making capacity to handle fabric delays, shipment bottlenecks, or quality issues without missing hard delivery deadlines.
Willing to work immediately.
