Job summary

Kily Marketing Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a Garment Production Merchandiser (Subcon Coordinator) to manage end-to-end coordination with subcontractors, ensuring products are manufactured to approved specs, quality standards, and delivery schedules.

You will serve as the key link between the company and external manufacturing partners, supporting sampling to bulk delivery, coordinating production planning, monitoring costs, and ensuring timely availability for ecommerce platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Garments Technology, Fashion Design, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Production Management
• Strong and relevant work experience in the garments industry handling subcon coordination
• Minimum of 3–5 years garment production or merchandising experience
• Preferred experience: Garment manufacturing, Subcontractor management, Apparel sourcing, Production planning, Quality coordination
• Understanding of garment construction, Fabric knowledge, Measurement/specification interpretation
• Sampling process knowledge, Advanced Excel, Production tracking, Cost monitoring, ERP Systems or inventory systems
