Job description

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily production and operational activities to meet output targets and delivery schedules
• Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including sourcing, procurement, production, warehousing, and logistics
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to prevent shortages or overstocking
• Coordinate closely with design, merchandising, and sales teams to align production plans with demand forecasts
• Ensure all garments meet required quality standards through regular inspections and corrective action processes
• Identify process gaps and implement operational improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Supervise and manage operations, warehouse, and production staff; set performance targets and conduct evaluations
• Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective operations
• Prepare and submit regular operational reports on production status, inventory levels, and operational costs
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, workplace safety standards, and local clothing industry regulations
