CITCO International Support Services Limited-Philippine ROHQ is seeking a Product Specialist to analyze how IT systems support business functions within the Mercator Business Systems Support Team, learning the processes and applications from the inside out.

You will define roadmap items, manage user feedback, gather requirements, help QA and UAT, prepare training materials, deliver system presentations, and collaborate with IT and business teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in Financial Sector or Corporate Secretarial work is a plus.
• Familiarity with IT project lifecycles desirable.
• Strong written and spoken English skills.

Responsabilités

• Define roadmap items in knowledge integration, workflow automation, reports and analytics.
• Develop end-to-end understanding of Mercator business processes.
• Manage user bug reports and enhancement requests.
• Run requirements gathering process.
• Contribute to defining reports and QA testing.
• Coordinate UAT testing and training materials.
• Deliver system presentations to users internally and externally.
• Assist IT support in troubleshooting and be the go-to system expert.

The ideal candidate will have a background in analyzing how IT Systems help the business functions. This role is part of the Mercator Business Systems Support Team specialising in Entica support & development and the Product Specialist is expected to learn quickly about the business processes and the supporting applications from the inside out. The role will work closely with the Mercator IT Applications Manager to help drive the delivery of the roadmap further.

Your Role:

• Will contribute in defining roadmap items in the areas of: knowledge integration, workflow automation, document generation, entity database, reports & data analytics, mobile app and continued enhancements
• Develop an in-depth end-to-end understanding of the Mercator business processes
• Manage user bug reports and enhancements requests
• Run requirements gathering process
• Contribute to defining reports
• Contribute to QA testing
• Coordinate UAT testing
• Maintain training material to internal and external users
• Deliver presentations about the system and training to external and internal users
• Help IT support team in troubleshooting
• Become the go-to system expert for users from your location and elsewhere

• Bachelor’s Degree in Technology or Business
• Well rounded individual possessing a high degree of initiative
• Proactive person willing to accept responsibility with very little hand-holding
• You have ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced complex environment
• You can understand the strategic goals and adjust the tactical objectives accordingly
• You are able to communicate with both IT and Business teams in terms they can understand
• Demonstrated proficiency in interpersonal and communication skills including oral and written English

Must have:

• Minimum two years’experience working in a similar role

• Experience with Agile Methodologies and understanding of IT project lifecycledesirable
• Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint will bebeneficial
• Able to set priorities, to be flexible with a high degree of accuracy
• Able to work in a team and also autonomously.
