Mercator by Citco is a global portfolio management services provider seeking a detail‑oriented administrator with strong XBRL experience to support client servicing teams. You willplay a significant role in business support by performing various and complex administrative assignments requested by client servicing teams, such as:
Maintainvarious internal and external databases and entity management systems ondailybasis.
Assistin conductingfinancial statement reviews, analysis and replication ensuring accountingdata accuracy review & making updates of internal/external database systems.
Arrange filings with and obtain documents from various commercial registers.
Perform various other administrative assignments at the request of client servicing teams and coordinate work with other Citco locations.
Willbe responsible forpreparing, reviewing, andvalidatingfinancial reports in XBRL format in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Maintain and update documentation of XBRL guidelines and procedures.
Participate in process improvements and automation initiatives related to XBRL.
Handling general corporate transactions and compliance matters, including routine corporate housekeeping and regulatory filings.
Preparing, reviewing, and maintaining corporate documents such as board resolutions, secretarial records, certificates and related legal documentation.
Assisting in the coordination and execution of corporate actions and approvals.
Supporting internal teams and stakeholders in relation to corporate governance requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Priorexposure to financial reporting or corporate administration is an advantage.
Very goodcomputersskills (Microsoft Office packages).
Fluent in English(written and spoken);Spanishproficiencyis an added advantage.
Flexible,proactiveand attentive todetailsteamplayer with excellent communication skills.
Must be able to work inhigh-pressure environment,eitherindependentlyoras part of a team.
