Job summary

Citco in Makati is seeking a Product Specialist for the Mercator Business Systems Support Team with Entica focus. You will learn business processes and supporting applications from the inside out and work with the Mercator IT Applications Manager to advance the roadmap.

You will define requirements, contribute to reports, QA testing, UAT, and training materials for internal and external users, and help troubleshoot. Strong English and a relevant degree are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Technology or Business.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication in English (oral and written).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define roadmap items in knowledge integration, workflow automation, reports and data analytics.
• Develop end-to-end understanding of Mercator business processes.
• Manage user bug reports and enhancement requests.
• Gather requirements and assist in QA testing and UAT.
• Create and maintain training materials for internal and external users.
• Deliver system trainings and presentations.

YourRole:

This role is part of the Mercator Business Systems Support Team specializing in Entica support & development and the Product Specialist is expected to learn quickly the business processes and the supporting applications from the inside out.

The ideal candidate will have a background in analyzing how IT Systems help the business functions. This role is part of the Mercator Business Systems Support Team specializing in Entica support & development and the Product Specialist is expected to learn quickly about the business processes and the supporting applications from the inside out. The role will work closely with the Mercator IT Applications Manager to help drive the delivery of the roadmap further.

• Will contribute in defining roadmap items in the areas of: knowledge integration, workflow automation, document generation, entity database, reports & data analytics, mobile app and continued enhancements
• Develop an in-depth end-to-end understanding of the Mercator business processes
• Manage user bug reports and enhancements requests
• Run requirements gathering process
• Contribute to defining reports
• Contribute to QA testing
• Coordinate UAT testing
• Maintain training material to internal and external users
• Deliver presentations about the system and training to external and internal users
• Help IT support team in troubleshooting
• Become the go-to system expert for users from your location and elsewhere

About You:

• Have college or university degree
• Bachelor’s Degree in Technology or Business
• Well rounded individual possessing a high degree of initiative
• Proactive person willing to accept responsibility with very little hand-holding
• You have ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced complex environment
• You can understand the strategic goals and adjust the tactical objectives accordingly
• You are able to communicate with both IT and Business teams in terms they can understand
• Demonstrated proficiency in interpersonal and communication skills including oral and written English

Must have:

• Minimum two yearsexperience working in a similar role
• Financial Sector or Corporate Secretarial work experiencewill be a plus
• Experience with Agile Methodologies and understanding of IT project lifecycledesirable
• Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint will bebeneficial
• Able to set priorities, to be flexible with a high degree of accuracy
• Able to work in a team and also autonomously.
