Job summary

Crown Regency Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Membership Affairs Manager to lead our membership programs, nurture member relationships, and boost acquisition and retention across our hospitality portfolio.

This role oversees operations, promotions, events, and member concerns, partnering with Sales, Marketing, F&B, Recreation, Front Office, and other departments to deliver outstanding service and sustained member revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in membership, sales, customer relations, account management, or hospitality.
• Hotel, club, resort, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Experience in membership sales, customer retention, and relationship management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer service skills.
• Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and membership/customer management systems.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused, proactive, and professional.
• Willing to work flexible schedules, weekends, and holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the Membership Affairs Department.
• Develop strategies to increase membership acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with members and corporate accounts.
• Handle member inquiries, requests, feedback, and concerns professionally.
• Develop and implement membership promotions, packages, and programs.
• Monitor membership renewals, expirations, upgrades, and cancellations.
• Identify opportunities to attract new members and increase membership revenue.
• Coordinate membership events, activities, and exclusive member programs.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, F&B, Recreation, Front Office, and other departments.
• Monitor membership sales and revenue performance against targets.
