Job summary

SPX Express in Metro Manila is hiring a warehouse supervisor to oversee sorting center processes and its teams. You will ensure inbound/outbound flow, monitor performance, and maintain attendance and schedules to meet targets.

The role requires a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering with 2-5 years in e-commerce, logistics, or warehousing, plus supervisory experience and strong attention to detail. MS Office and Google Apps proficiency is needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sorting center processes (inbound, sorting, outbound) and teams to meet KPI targets.
• Create schedules and monitor tasks; manage performance and attendance.
• Ensure all deliveries are received, checked, processed and endorsed on time.
• Notify departments when non-conformance or shortages are found.
• Ensure transfers are processed immediately upon arrival into the warehouse.
• Provide reports to Functional Lead and SOC Lead for internal performance reporting.
