Job summary

SPX Express in Manila is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee sorting center operations, inbound, sorting and outbound processes, and a team to achieve KPI targets. You will schedule tasks, monitor performance, and manage attendance to ensure on-time deliveries.

The role requires a BS in Industrial Engineering with 2–5 years in e-commerce logistics or warehousing, supervisory experience, and a detail-oriented mindset. Proficiency in MS Office and Google Apps is preferred.

Qualifications

• BS in Industrial Engineering or equivalent is required.
• 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce, logistics or warehousing.
• Experience supervising direct and agency staff.
• Strong attention to detail and process improvement background.
• Proficient with MS Office and Google applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sorting center processes (inbound, sorting, outbound) and teams to meet KPI targets.
• Create schedules and monitor tasks; manage performance and attendance.
• Ensure deliveries are received, checked, processed, and endorsed on time.
• Notify departments when non-conformance or shortages are found.
• Ensure transfers are processed upon arrival into the warehouse.
• Provide reports to Functional Lead and SOC Lead for internal performance reporting.
