Qualifications

• Medical Technologist with 2+ years post-registration experience in healthcare.
• Excellent writing skills, able to communicate clearly via email.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment with rotating shifts and Australian patient focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical support to patients primarily via email, triage and assess medical concerns and escalate when needed.
• Respond promptly with accurate medical information, ensuring safety and quality standards.
• Maintain patient safety and monitor progress using tracker information for outreach and adherence.
• Support internal medical initiatives, including GP letters and pharmacy communications.
• Share patient feedback with the clinical services team for service improvements.
